Return & Refund Policy

At Print Your Pet, each phone case is made uniquely for you using custom images and designs. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns on custom items unless the item is damaged or there is a printing error.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 48 hours if the item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (e.g. wrong pet image or design)

If eligible, we will arrange to send a replacement at no cost to you.

Incorrect Model or Selection

Please double-check your phone model before placing your order. We do not offer refunds or replacements for incorrect selections made by the customer (e.g. selecting a model we do not support). It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct product is chosen during checkout.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Personalized items (e.g. phone cases with pet images)

  • Sale items or gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your item is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal for non-custom items. However, this does not apply to personalized or made-to-order products, such as custom pet phone cases.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a return has been approved due to a product fault. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us
