Shipping Area
PrintYourPet currently ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Processing Time
All our products are custom-made to order.

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for production before your order is shipped.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Shipping Time
Once your order is produced and fulfilled, it will be shipped using standard USPS or equivalent services.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days after fulfillment.

Please note that these are estimated timelines. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, holidays, weather, or other unforeseen events.


Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.


Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Delivery Issues & Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your item is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local post office or neighbors. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or with an incorrect print, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement. Photos of the item and packaging may be required to process a claim.
